Rig move preparation job,

Before the drilling or the Reclamation take the place we do the surveying with them for any requirement they need it:

We start working the beginning will be by surveying the chosen area, clearing, leveling then backfilling the whole yard to make this job site about 20-40cm above the surroundings of soil and sub-base to be added to the yard.

• When the level is determined compacting to the required density to let the heavy equipment can move easily.
• Then the yard will be surrounded with a sand berm for security reasons this berm with a high not less than 2 meters equipped with a concertina wire on the top and a vehicle obstacle ditch in the outer side.
• After the yard is leveled, graded, backfilled, compacted, secured the stage of concrete casting for the cellar pit, channels to lead the cutting to go to the mud pit,  pads for the accessories like generators, betonies tanks…etc. and it will take average of 500 cubic meter of concrete
• Mud pit, water pit, flare pit, Gas pit and waste pit must be constructed with an amount of 500 cubic meter of soil must be taken out.
• Also making accesses from nearest main road to the job site sometimes it will take 3000m to make this road in addition to the road to the flares pit, this road will be from sub-base and gravel in the muddy places.
• Water well to serve the drilling rig with a submersible pump of discharge not less than 35 M3/hour must be provided
• providing security towers with projectors and instillation it in each corners
